SHIPPING INFO:

All items shipped USPS Priority Mail​ unless containing safety matches and then will be shipped ground.

 

Hot Weather:  To prevent heat damage to our candles during shipping, we check the weather at the destination address for each order during the summer months. If the weather is above 90°F either here in Sunny CA or at the destination address, we will hold the package and ship when the weather cools off.  NRS understands this may delay your item arriving - but we'd rather have that than you receive a melted product.  

 

Extreme Cold Weather:  Our candles are also sensitive to extreme cold weather. For this reason, shipments may be delayed in the winter as well.
